The helicopter was amazing. The team that got us set up was very accommodating and kind. Philippe our pilot really knew his stuff and gave us a great tour. We went through the canyons and the napali coast and it was STUNNING! Definitely the best way to see the island. Would recommend the ride and Ali’a Kauai tours to anyone who wants a great way to see the whole island and is ready for the air adventure of a lifetime!

Absolutely breathtaking experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Check-in with Mei was quick and easy — she was super friendly and made us feel comfortable right away. Our pilot, Ross, was incredibly considerate and checked in with us about how we preferred the ride, which we really appreciated since it was our first time. He gave us the option of a more adventurous flight or a gentler one, and made sure we felt safe and excited throughout. The views were out of this world — stunning waterfalls, jaw-dropping scenery, and even a circular rainbow that felt like pure magic. Liz was also wonderful and made us feel so welcome. Huge shoutout to Ross, Mei, and Liz — the whole team made this a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an unforgettable helicopter ride!

Absolutely incredible experience all around!! Stuart was the AMAZING pilot that made the entire adventure so wonderful. The views were spectacular. Mai checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Ali’ Kauai Air Tours when choosing a helicopter experience!!! We did doors off, and while that definitely upped the fear factor, it made the entire trip so much more incredible!!! IF WE CAN DO IT, YOU CAN DO IT!!!

We saved the helicopter flight over Hawaii for the last day, and it turned out to be the perfect decision. After comparing many providers, we chose “Ali’i Kauai Air Tours & Charters” because they offered the best value for money. What made the decision even easier was the option to book a private flight and decide for ourselves whether to fly with or without doors. Upon arrival, we received a brief introduction to the flight and safety procedures, and shortly after, we were taken to the helicopter. The pilot was super friendly, and the flight over the island was truly unique and so much fun. In addition to the pilot’s stories, we enjoyed perfectly matched music through the headset. While it’s not a cheap experience, it’s absolutely something you’ll remember for a lifetime. On Kauai, it’s almost a must-do! This island offers spectacular landscapes that are best enjoyed from the air. We felt very comfortable with this provider and had a lot of fun throughout the experience.
